

Lamb Striploin
Approx. 400 grams per pack of two strips.
The boneless striploin is best cooked on the grill, BBQ or pan fried. It is one of the most tender cuts and should not be overcooked. We recommend cooking for no more than 2-3 minutes on each side over a high heat.
Ensure the striploin is at room temperature prior to cooking.
